This time the house parade is bigger than its predecessor, with 26 entries featuring 24 home models
BRIVARD COUNTY, Fla. — Prepare to drool as the Space Coast Home Builders and Contractors Association’s Home Parade is back with all the latest trends, technologies and temptations to make a home a home you’ll never want to leave. The parade opened in September. 30, and lasts until October. 10, offers the opportunity to meet the best builders in Brevard.
The Space Coast Home Builders and Contractors Association has more than 320 member companies, generates nearly $500 million in economic impact annually, and employs approximately 4,000 professionals.
“This year’s parade highlights some of Space Coast’s top builders and offers a variety of options at multiple price points,” said John Thomas, CEO of the Space Coast Association of Home Builders and Realtors.
This year’s parade features 18 communities across Brevard, allowing buyers to choose the location that best suits their needs.
The housing market may be cooling, but you wouldn’t know it if you were in Brevard, where home building and buying are still hot.
“While the residential real estate market across the country is adjusting, the Space Coast remains one of the best places to buy a new home anywhere in the United States,” Thomas added.
In fact, this parade of homes is larger than its predecessor, with 26 entries containing 24 home models, as well as a showroom showcasing the community and Refined Interiors in Suntree/Viera.
Home prices range from $325,990 for a Sylvester model by Holiday Builders in Palm Bay to $3,495,000 for an Andros created by Christopher Burton Luxury Homes in Viera’s exclusive Adelaide community.

“It also gives real estate agents the opportunity to preview homes and neighborhoods in order to maintain knowledge in their market. In a world so focused on technology and digital marketing, the Home Parade is a way for builders to highlight the unique use of face-to-face contact by builders A way for them to be different.”
The self-guided tour is easy to navigate, thanks to a QR code available digitally in Parade magazine. Using a smartphone, attendees can scan the location of the entry and get driving directions in an instant.
Not only is the Home Parade a feast for the eyes of home buyers, but it also provides an opportunity to meet builders they can trust to make their home dreams a reality.
“Potential buyers can rest easy knowing our association’s builders are ethical and committed to delivering the highest quality homes,” Thomas said.
