The Latino Business Foundation of Silicon Valley (LBFSV), Excite Credit Union and SOMOS Mayfair have worked closely together for many years to serve families and businesses in East San Jose. The three organizations will bring resources, programs and training – including language accessibility and culturally relevant services – to residents, neighbors and businesses in the area. The three nonprofits call their ground floor space: La Esquina de Quetzal (a corner of Quetzal).
Quetzal Gardens is a mixed-use development built by Resources for Community Development, a not-for-profit developer dedicated to creating affordable housing and engaging the community. The development includes 71 affordable housing apartments.
