NTT Data is acquiring Apisero, a technology consulting firm focused on Salesforce MuleSoft customers. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This is the 840th technology M&A deal covered by ChannelE2E so far in 2022.
Apisero was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Chandler, Arizona. Early investors in Aisero include Salesforce Ventures, which has backed the IT consulting firm since 2020. Apisero employs approximately 1,500 certified MuleSoft consultants and 500 Salesforce consultants. These employees will join NTT DATA’s Digital Transformation Services team.
Apisero’s MuleSoft expertise spans API and application design – as well as implementation, management and support. NTT said the company helps customers unlock siloed data, merge disparate data and consolidate disparate business applications.
