Steve Kruger joins Gravity Media as executive director of technology

Steve Kruger, former head of technology at ITV Studios Entertainment, has joined Gravity Media as the company’s new executive director of technology.

The company said he would be based in the UK and oversee the technology function for Gravity Media across its global operations.

His recent career highlights include designing and supervising the implantation of remote external broadcast and postal facilities for ITV. love island during the epidemic.

Kruger has been involved in the production of Britain’s most ambitious TV production of all genres: Reality (I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Hell’s Kitchen, Love Island), sports (London Olympics), and live TV from some very unusual locations (Saturday night takeaway live on a cruise ship, i am a celebrity America in Costa Rica, survival of the fittest in remote South Africa).

Kruger’s appointment will further allow Gravity Media to focus on their workflow and post-production technology, the company said.
