HubSpot showcases new capabilities of its CRM platform at INBOUND 2022

HubSpot announced several new features and updates to its leading customer relationship management (CRM) platform at its annual INBOUND event to scale the company. New features include payment planning tools, data management enhancements, WhatsApp integration, customer journey analytics, a fully connected service desk, and other tools to help businesses create meaningful connections with customers. HubSpot also shared details on connect.com, a new community of growth professionals designed to help build stronger relationships with peers in the community.


Nektar announces general availability of its AI-based data capture solution

Revenue Operations (RevOps) platform provider Nektar.ai has officially launched its AI-based activity capture and intelligence solution. The company’s no-code platform and new AI solutions will help users increase productivity, increase pipeline visibility, forecast revenue, and add contextual revenue activity data across email, chat, calendar, social and other customer journey touchpoints into the CRM platform. Nektar is backed by B Capital Group, Nexus Venture Partners and 3One4 Capital.


Metadata.io acquires Reactful to help B2B marketers increase website engagement

Metadata.io, a marketing operating system for B2B companies, announced the acquisition of Reactful, the real-time website personalization engine. Reactful’s website personalization and account-based marketing (ABM) capabilities will be integrated with Metadata’s Marketing Operating System solution. These new capabilities will help Metadata’s B2B marketing clients increase visitor engagement, optimize the conversion of their web traffic, increase revenue, personalize experiences, reduce time spent on repetitive tasks, and improve ROI through targeted advertising to enhance their products.


Optimizely launches its experimental platform on Google Cloud Marketplace

Optimizely, a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) provider, has published its web experiments and full stack solutions on the Google Cloud Marketplace. With these tools, companies can use “scientifically backed data” to take the guesswork out of developing personalized engagement and improving customer experience (CX). The launch of these products on Google’s Cloud Marketplace is part of a multi-year strategic partnership with Google Cloud that Optimizely announced in early 2022. The two brands plan to continue to coordinate go-to-market and sales execution strategies to provide customers with scalable experimental solutions.


Rossum introduces new email automation capabilities for its Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution

Rossum, a provider of cloud-native Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions, showcased new email automation capabilities for its platform to help users manage document communication tasks. With these features, Rossum users can automate notifications, confirm receipts, send payment/invoice information, provide status updates, and more.
