Waste management company to acquire controlling stake in Avangard Innovative’s U.S. business

Vinson & Elkins advised Avangard Innovative on a strategic transaction with waste management company through which Waste Management will acquire a controlling stake in Avangard Innovative’s U.S. business, which will operate as Natura PCR – an independent company , is expected to expand and improve recycling capacity to produce an estimated 400 million pounds of post-consumer resin annually over five years.
